I have been with Brim for 10 years and have multiple properties with them. In that time my properties have alway been rented and Antonio is always providing insight on how to maximize the income on my investments.

We didn't know what to expect when turning our property over with BRIM and to be honest we were a little concerned but 5 years later we are still with them and couldn't have asked for more. We talk with Antonio about twice per year either if there are major issues or we need tax info. Most of the time we forget that we even have rentals until the 15th of the month when our rents are deposited.
